I had such a blast at the con, but right now I'm still tired. So instead of blabbing about ECCC, I'll let the photos do the talking. I'll give a more wordy journal update today or tomorrow:
Well, I'm glad we have a buffer between now and Spokane ComiCon, so I can prep some more. Im planning on some prints and more cards, and getting my comic done.
I just read your other replies and saw that Stumptown is next month. Something tells me that's probably too soon for us to get everything together in time to attend, which is a shame.
But I guess it wouldn't hurt to bring it up at the next meeting, just in case.
I noticed it's April, I thought it was a con that fell in the Fall. That's too bad because it is a great con for indie books. We really need to push our books. Also, we need to bring up an anthology as well to our group.
Also, I want to bring up one more thing for our guild. I want to see if we would want to do a monthly dickblick.com order. Blick has some great art supplies at ridiculous cheap prices, and it is free shipping on $100+ orders. I figured if all month long everyone tallies what they'd like to buy and at the meeting give someone (I'd definitely handle it, no problem) the money to make an order.
People from all over attend. I had one guy from Japan there. All sorts of comics, web comics, graphic novels, manga, everything was there. It was amazing!

And we could still see about hitting the Jet City Show in September. AA tables are only $50.
